Yes, a retainer fee is due at time of booking AND is NON-REFUNDABLE. No retainer = no booking. Once the retainer has been received, you are completely booked. Until then, that date is up for grabs for potential clients.
This is to ensure that any cancellations are compensated for in case the time slot doesn't get rebooked.
Should you need to cancel, I am more than happy to offer a reschedule for you on a different day unless you are rescheduling because of COVID-19 (which would mean we would need to schedule it 2 weeks out). If you still need to cancel, the retainer payment will be forfeited.
For NON-STUDIO sessions, if you've given MORE THAN 72 hours notice - a $75 rescheduling fee will incur, if LESS THAN 72 hours before your session a $100 rescheduling fee will incur. For STUDIO sessions, if you've given more than 72 hours notice - a $100 rescheduling fee will incur, if LESS THAN 72 hours before your session a $150 rescheduling fee will incur.
In the event that you have to cancel, without rebooking, your retainer and any/all payments made will be used as a cancellation fee.
Yes*, you are able to extend the time alotted for your session day of, however, the price difference will be added to your invoice and will need to be paid at the time of your session.
*If you are wanting to extend a boudoir or studio session of any kind, it will have to be discussed 2-3 days before your session as we have to ensure studio time is available. Payment for adding time to boudoir or studio sessions will need to be paid when extra slot is booked.
Any other sessions will have to get approval for extended time.
For studio sessions I would need to know within 24-48 hours if you are planning on having additional people with you that will want to be photographed. Due to COVID-19 the studios require a headcount of how many people will be in the studio, so unless they are going to be photographed, I ask that you do not bring any additional people. In the event that you do, they will be asked to stay in the car.
If you are planning on bringing additional people to your outdoor session, please give me at least a 24 hour notice.
For outdoor or in-studio there will be a $15 sitting fee per additional person added onto your total day of cost and those photos may be added to your gallery for $10/image. No photos will be added until the sitting fee + image payment has been made!
What I offer in terms of items after the session is a FULL gallery of high resolution, retouched and edited images. Number of Digitals will depend on the specific session type and package you paid for.
For Mini Sessions (30 minutes), the number of images you will receive will be between 20-30. HOWEVER, if you are late, pets are unruly, or if people in your party - including children- do not cooperate, I am not responsible for not capturing the 20-30 images - you will receive what comes out in editing.
For Weddings/Engagements, Special Events, and select seasonal sessions, number of images depend on how many are taken, you'll receive all of them after editing.
Should you want a photo album, little black book, prints, wall decor, etc. please reach out via email or text and I can get an order placed for you.
I absolutely offer seasonal mini sessions! Typically I'll have 2-4 weekends per year (either boudoir, or lifestyle).
With boudoir minis you are looking to receive up to 30 images. As a disclaimer, you may receive less (anywhere between 20-30) if some do not come out in editing or in the event that you are late. For lifestyle (flower field, truck bed, family, etc.) you will also receive up to 30 images, but again, could get less back in the final gallery if there are some that don't come out in editing, in the event you are late, or due to subject cooperation
(fussy children, pets, etc.).
In the event that you receive less or are unsatisfied, I am more than happy to provide a small reshoot to get a few more images, or a partial refund (at photographers discretion.)
I do travel, however I charge a distance/travel fee of $1.25/mile to any location 25 miles outside of OKC/Edmond area. For example, Tulsa is roughly 100. miles, the first 25 miles are free, then it would be $1.25 for the remaining 75, which results in roughly a $94 travel fee.
If it is a session out of state, will require more than 1.5-2 hours of driving, or will require a hotel or flight, prior arrangements will need to be discussed as those additional fees will be added to your package of choice.
