Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
* Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrant must be one of the individuals getting married in the winning couple. Entries on behalf of others will not be accepted. Entrants must be legally able to marry in the United States at the time of entry and at the time of the wedding.
* Winner’s wedding must take place within Oklahoma or North Texas. Weddings outside of these areas are eligible; however, additional travel fees will apply per vendor.
* Void where prohibited by law.
* Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Bree Smith Photography, Totally Ever After, Velvet Honey Events, or Main Street Floral & Events are not eligible to participate.
* Entrants cannot already be under contract with Bree Smith Photography, Totally Ever After, Velvet Honey Events, Main Street Floral & Events, or another vendor in the same service category (planning, photography, content creation, florals).
2. Sponsor
* This giveaway is hosted by Bree Smith Photography in collaboration with Totally Ever After, Velvet Honey Events, and Main Street Floral & Events (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
* This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
3. Entry Period
* The giveaway begins on September 3rd, 2025 and ends on September 17th, 2025 at [11:59pm CST]. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
* To enter, participants must follow @breesmithphotography, @totallyeverafter, @velvet.honey.events, and @mainstreetfloralandevents, LIKE the giveaway post, COMMENT your wedding date, and TAG 3 friends in the comments. Each additional comment with a new tag counts as an extra entry. SHARING TO STORY is an extra 5 entries, however, account cannot be privated otherwise story share will not count
* No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
* One winner will be awarded a luxury wedding experience valued at over $9,000.00.
* The prize includes:
* 6 Hours of Wedding Photography by Bree Smith Photography — featuring one lead photographer, a beautifully curated online gallery of fully edited high-resolution images, custom wedding timeline creation, day-of guidance, and a pre-wedding questionnaire designed to capture your vision. Additional services (extra hours, albums, prints, etc.) are available at standard rates.
* 6 Hours of Content Creation by Totally Ever After — including behind-the-scenes documentation of your wedding day, two fully edited cinematic highlight reels, and all raw footage for personal use, delivered within 24–48 hours. Additional coverage may be purchased separately.
* 10 Hours of Month-of Planning by Velvet Honey Events (@velvet.honey.events) — including a 6-week pre-wedding details meeting, rehearsal coordination, a personalized timeline, setup of all décor, and full wedding-day coordination. Additional planning services are available at normal rates.
* $1,500 Wedding Floral & Design Credit by Main Street Floral & Events (@mainstreetfloralandevents) — $1250 which can be applied toward stunning fresh blooms or luxury artificial floral rentals to bring your wedding vision to life and $250 credit towards full wedding design, custom floor plan, creation of a rental/decor list. Additional floral designs or rentals may be purchased separately.
* The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. It may only be redeemed by the original winner selected and may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another individual or couple.
* No cash or other substitutions will be offered, except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Any portion of the prize not used by the winner is forfeited and has no cash value.
* All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors may require the winner to complete and return a W-9 form and may issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the retail value of the prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
* The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 19th, 2025.
* The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to meet requirements will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
* The winner will be contacted via Instagram DMs within two (2) days following the announcement. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of the announcement, an alternate winner may be chosen.
7. Publicity
* By entering, participants grant the Sponsors the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
* Winner further agrees that images, video, and content created by Sponsors in connection with the prize may be used for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes without additional compensation.
* Winner agrees that any images, video, or content from the wedding may be submitted for publication and must properly credit all Sponsors in any posts, shares, or publications.
8. Limitation of Liability
* Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
* By entering, participants release and hold harmless Bree Smith Photography, Totally Ever After, Velvet Honey Events, and Main Street Floral & Events from any liability related to participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
* All standard contracts, policies, and liability limitations of each vendor still apply. Prize acceptance does not waive standard terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Sponsors are not responsible for services restricted or prohibited by the winner’s venue. Winner must comply with all venue rules, restrictions, and requirements. Sponsors are not liable if the chosen venue prohibits or restricts services included in the prize (e.g., outside florals, content creators, or planners). In such cases, winner forfeits those services without compensation.
9. Agreement to Rules
* By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsors and entrants regarding the giveaway and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
10. Additional Terms
* Fraud/Disqualification: Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, using multiple or fraudulent accounts, or otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions.
* Prize Value Disclaimer: Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is based on current vendor pricing. Actual value may vary depending on availability, season, and winner’s selections. No refund or compensation will be provided for differences in value.
* Winner Responsibility for Permits/Permissions: If a venue requires permits or insurance for photography, florals, etc., make it the winner’s responsibility. Winner is responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, or permissions required by the wedding venue. Sponsors are not liable for inability to perform services due to such restrictions.
* Date Availability: Prize is valid only for available 2026–2027 wedding dates and subject to each vendor’s booking calendar/availability.
* Booking Requirement: Winner must sign a contract with each vendor and agree to all standard policies. Contracts must be signed within 2 months of winner notification. Event must take place in 2026 or 2027. Failure to return signed contracts by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
* Reschedules/Cancellations: Regarding reschedules or cancellations, winner agrees to be liable to Sponsors for liquidated damages equal to 75% of the original prize value if more than 90 calendar days out, and 100% of the original prize value if less than 90 calendar days out.
* Date Restrictions: The prize cannot be used on holidays, holiday weekends, or any dates in the month of February. Eligible dates include Saturdays that do not fall on these restricted dates.
* No Substitutions: The prize must be redeemed for a wedding. It cannot be substituted for another type of event (e.g., a party if the couple separates).
* Non-Compete/Exclusivity: As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors must be the sole and exclusive providers for their respective service categories on the wedding day:
* • Photography: All professional wedding photography must be provided exclusively by Bree Smith Photography. No additional amateur or professional photographers, second shooters, or substitute photography services are permitted. Guests may take casual photos for personal use, but they may not interfere with Bree Smith Photography’s work.
* • Content Creation: All professional behind-the-scenes content creation and highlight reels must be provided exclusively by Totally Ever After. No other content creators (paid or unpaid) may be hired or substituted. Guests may take casual videos for personal use, but they may not interfere with Totally Ever After’s work.
* • Planning / Coordination: All day-of coordination and month-of planning services must be provided exclusively by Velvet Honey Events. No outside planners, coordinators, or venue-provided coordinators may perform overlapping services. Venue staff may carry out their standard duties (e.g., catering, venue management), but full event coordination must be led solely by Velvet Honey Events.
* • Florals / Design: All wedding floral décor and design elements (including bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony florals, reception florals, centerpieces, and décor styling) must be provided exclusively by Main Street Floral & Events. No outside floral vendors or DIY florals are permitted, except for florals that are included as part of the wedding venue’s standard package and cannot be waived.
* Any violation of this exclusivity requirement will result in forfeiture of the applicable portion of the prize without substitution or compensation.
* Cannot Be Combined: The prize cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
* One Couple / One Event: Prize is valid for one wedding event only, for one couple, on one date.
11. Legal Terms
* Indemnification: By entering and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bree Smith Photography, Totally Ever After, Velvet Honey Events, Main Street Floral & Events, and their owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from participation in the giveaway, use of the prize, or actions occurring at or in connection with the winner’s wedding or event.
* Arbitration Clause: Any dispute arising under or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the extent arbitration is not enforceable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma
* Force Majeure: Sponsors shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to perform obligations, or delays in performance, due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Sponsors’ control.
* Fulfillment of Liability: Upon fulfillment of the prize as described, Sponsors shall have no further obligation or liability to the winner or any third party.
* Modification Rights: Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
* Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
* Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
